Cacer S.A was organized and filed on August 13, 1971
and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Callao. The company
initiated its operations in 1973, producing plastic containers
for beer bottles. Then, in 1980, IDE expanded its plant facilities
and began producing packages for the soda water, paints, lubricants,
oils, food and agricultural industry. On January 2, 1995, Industrial
Cacer S.A changed its name to Industrias del Envase S.A and
absorbed Editorial Imprenta Amaru S.A, which primarily produces
paper labels and cardboard containers for the beer, soda beverages,
cigarettes, desserts, oil and food industries. |
